About Marvin Blue

Hey there! I’m Marvin Blue—Army veteran, proud girl dad to Jaden and Artemis, and a husband who’s been lucky enough to be married to my incredible wife Latarsha for over 20 years. I’m the storyteller behind Marvin Blue Studios, where I have the privilege of capturing some of life’s most unforgettable moments.

My path to wedding photography wasn’t typical. My time in the military taught me the value of memories, and my family has shown me the power of connection. Those early lessons shaped how I approach photography today. I believe in documenting the real, authentic moments—whether it’s a laugh shared with your best friends or a quiet moment with your soulmate. I’m not here to create something staged or stiff; I’m here to tell the true story of your love.

I guide my couples through their day with care, ensuring that every photograph feels natural, real, and true to who they are. But most importantly, I want you to feel comfortable. You’ll never have to worry about posing awkwardly, because my goal is to capture you as you are—alive, in love, and full of joy.

When I’m not behind the lens, you’ll find me spending time with my wife and two daughters, Jaden and Artemis, finding new adventures and making memories. Life is precious, and as a family man, I know the importance of cherishing every moment.
